Our Origin

We started here: A real problem with no real solution

In 2021, our founders were advising a Toronto-based fintech on smart contract risk. The auditing firms they approached were slow, expensive, and wrote reports in language that made in-house counsel's eyes glaze over. The compliance tools on the market were designed for enterprises with unlimited budgets. Neither worked.

So we built Dravyn. We started with smart contract auditing because that's where we saw the sharpest pain. Since then, we've expanded into digital evidence management and compliance automation—always with the same principle: tools that speak like lawyers, work like software, and solve real problems for Canadian businesses.
